Some minor fixes to the HTML files:
- Audio adjusted to address crackling on some browsers.
- Map size reduced for Web version to improve performance.
- Save / Load system now includes text data saving (incase saving from your browser doesn't work).
- 18+ Disclaimer screen with loading notification added so you're not staring at a black screen wondering if the game is actually running.
